Local IT Companies Announce Their Merger

Ignus Technologies, Fargo, and Insight Technologies, Grand Forks, have completed an agreement to merge our companies effective July 1st 2010.

The newly combined company will use the Insight Technologies name, and will continue to have offices in Fargo and Grand Forks. Total employees will initially number 32.

Don Fisk will be the CEO, Wes Henry, President, Rick Davis, Chief Marketing Officer, and Ole Gjerde Chief Software Officer, and Brian Burkett Chief Technology Officer.

The combined resources of the new company give Insight Technologies a unique and expanded position in the regional marketplace. The focus of the new company will continue to be IT services, software development, e commerce, VOIP telephony, and video conferencing. Insight Technologies will provide seamless support, with both on-site and remote IT services.

Insight Technologies’ vision is to continue to be a technology leader in the Red River valley region, combining the products and services that we have been known for individually, into a comprehensive, stronger line-up.
