Web-based Set Up System

iControl came to Ignus looking for improvements to be made to the current site they had in place. The current site was not intuitive to what the customer needed. Many of the tasks of adding equipment were not clear or had little additional help besides calling or contacting iControl directly.

iControl wanted to make changes that would make the site more user friendly for their current customers to use in order for them to add/change/edit the equipment they were using. This would be in the form of a help wizard that would be able to detect when new equipment was plugged into the current user network.

The current wizard will detect when the user logs on if they have new equipment and will prompt them to go through a step by step procedure to ensure that the equipment is properly installed. Each of the steps clearly marks what the user will need to look for to ensure that the information is correct. The system will also make sure that the equipment is available for use by the end of the wizard.
