Wes Henry President/CEO

As President and CEO of Ignus Technologies, Wes brings over 25 years of experience in computer programming, web design, and computer related areas to Ignus. Wes holds numerous certifications and qualifications where he scored in the top 5% in the country. Wes has also been an adjunct college instructor for over 5 years, teaching college courses for NDSCS, Aakers College, and the Skills and Technology Training Center.

Ole Gjerde COO/CIO

Ole is one of the founders of Ignus Technologies, and is the backbone of the company. Ole brings knowledge of all of the areas of work that Ignus provides including, website design, web programming, system administration, computer support, phone systems, and surveillance systems. Ole has a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science degree from NDSU and has over 10 years of experience in the industry.

eBusiness

Kent Grueneich Web Developer

As a Web Developer at Ignus Technologies, Kent works with the presentation aspect of websites. Kent's interest in computers is the driving force behind the work he does. His in-depth knowledge of xHTML, CSS, Flash and Javascript allow him to give websites a great feel while keeping with current web standards. Kent has a degree in Network Administration from ITT Technical Institute.

Teila Baxter Web Designer/Graphic Designer

As a designer for Ignus Technologies, Teila is responsible for working with clients from the initial concept of an idea to the finished product that may extend to all ends of the creative spectrum such as web design and graphic design. Teila has a Bachelors of Science degree in Graphic Communications with an emphasis in Digital Design and Production as well as a minor in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead, MN.

Programming

Alexis Larson Programmer

As a programmer for Ignus Technologies, Alexis works in all phases of our project development. She has worked in a variety of different industries that included both mainframe and server platforms. Alexis graduated in 2004 from UND with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science and a Mathematical minor. Alexis continues to grow at Ignus, with her main interest and development in .Net applications.

Matthew Samuelson Programmer

Matt graduated in 2009 from NDSU with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and in Mathematics. He is responsible for maintaining and ehancing software, and creating new software for whatever our client's needs may be. Matt’s main interest is software development and .NET applications. He has extentsive knowledge and experience with C++, C#, Java, PHP, Visual Basic, SQL, MSSQL, and Assembly. Matt continues to grow at Ignus Technologies to further develop in programming and technical background.

Ignus IT

Gary Armstrong Lead Networking/Technical Support

As a Network Engineer for Ignus Technologies, Gary is responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within and between companies. He keeps the operation of communication networks seamless in order to provide supreme performance for our clients. Computer technician/installer, phone system installation, and on-site customer support are just a few examples of tasks that Gary performs. Gary has an Associate of Arts degree in Microcomputers and Network Technology from Aakers College in Moorhead, MN.

Jon Erdmann Technician

Jon is responsible for all things computer related such as, installing and testing computers, repairs performance issues, and diagnoses hardware and software infrastructure problems. He also manages email, virus protection, and monitors networks usage. Jon graduated from NDSU with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management Information Systems in 2008. He continues to further his learning at Ignus Technologies with recent credentials in A+ certification and is currently working toward his Network + certification.

Sales

Zac Paulson Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant for Ignus Technologies, Zac is able to help companies study, deploy, and implement strategic technology solutions to help run the IT, web, and surveillance portions of their company as a business. Zac helps maximize ROI through technology solutions creating results that lessen employee downtime, create efficient, effective means of communication, keep things secure, and maximize company productivity for companies every day.

He serves as a strategic consultant to make sure the company’s technology operates at its optimal potential. Serving as the client’s liaison, he aids in IT budget planning, hardware connectivity engineering, and general management of Ignus’ technology clientele.

Zac has worked in a variety of various consulting positions in the past, including insurance, technology, and mobile electronics fields, all while maintaining the simple philosophy of thinking of things through the customers point of view and helping them achieve the goals and objectives they need to reach through the use of technology.

Randy Dailey-Ruddy Account Manager

Randy comes to Ignus with a background in Consultative Sales, having worked in Insurance, Home Furnishings, and primarily Technology. He has a history of building relationships in the process of selling, and maintaining those relationships for the long haul. As a recent addition to the Ignus team, Randy is learning about web development, a whole new world for him.

Katie Peterick Service Coordinator

Katie is your first point of contact at Ignus Technologies. She is responsible for coordinating services and managing the progression of projects in both the IT and eBusiness divisions of Ignus Technologies.  She is also responsible for reception, accounting, billing, and managing overall daily functions of Ignus. She is happy to help answer any of your questions you may have and she is always willing to assist you with anything else that you may need.
